Refund policy

PAYMENTS: Lovejoy Farms Dried Flowers accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.   We do not accept personal checks. Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship.  For your safety & security, we do not keep credit card numbers on file.  Also, for your safety & security, please call us with your credit card information rather than email.

RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Check all packages upon delivery. If the carton appears crushed or damaged in any way, have the delivery driver mark it “damaged” and then sign for it. If you do not sign for the package “damage” a claim cannot be issued. Notify our office immediately so a claim can be filed and the item may be replaced: (509) 539.4520.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: Returns can only be made after authorization from Lovejoy Farms Dried Flowers. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please call us within 3 days of receiving your order and a method of return for a refund will be determined. If it is determined that the customer qualifies to return the product, a refund of the value of your merchandise minus a 30% restocking fee will be issued. Dried Flowers Classics will only refund shipping costs on returns due to our mistake or issue. No shipping refund will be given for those due to customer error or change of mind. No Refunds will be issued until the packages are received back at Lovejoy Farms Dried Flowers and the product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

PRICE CHANGES: All prices listed are in US Dollars. Availability and prices may be subject to change without notice. We will inform you of any changes prior to shipping.

PRODUCT SAFETY: All products sold by Lovejoy Farms Dried Flowers are grown on our farm and not manufactured. We do not fumigate, preserve, or color products and all products are for indoor use only.

STORING PRODUCT: When storing your products you must be aware that insects can invade the cartons. Store them in a dark, cool, dry area that is pest-free. Keep your dried flowers out of the humidity and sunlight for a longer life. They are not meant to be used outside.
